These terms and conditions cover ordering any items from Lymphoma Action through our online shop. These terms should be read alongside the shop Privacy Policy, and are in addition to our Privacy Policy.
To order items, browse our online shop and add the required items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account which will include your email address and delivery address so we can send the items to you. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our online shop and order fulfillment is handled by brandhub360 which is operated by The Pollard Group on behalf of Lymphoma Action. brandhub360 also provides our online payment system. We accept online payments by debit or credit card. Lymphoma Action does not handle or store your card information.
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as out of stock and our system will not allow you to place an order for it.
Whilst the order has the status of 'Received & Processing' you will be able to cancel your order by clicking the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page. The status of the order will then be set to 'Cancelled' or 'Cancelled & Processing Refund' depending on whether you have funds to be refunded or not. You should receive a refund within 2-5 working days.

As a UK charity, we deliver as standard to the UK only. Delivery elsewhere will be decided on a case-by-case basis – please email enquiries@brandhub360.com with your request.
For items that incur a delivery cost, this will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the items and will be the lowest cost method available.
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
To see the status of your order, log into your account and click 'My Orders' in the menu. You will be able to see the order details and status up to the point when it is dispatched - for some orders we are unable to show tracking information after dispatch.

We will accept returns of purchased items within 7 working days of receipt. We do not accept returns of items provided free.
To return item(s), firstly contact us via enquiries@brandhub360.com or call The Pollard Group Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on 01392 445333 to agree to the return. Then please return the item(s) to the following address:
brandhub360,You will be liable for the postage costs. On receipt of the items, we will refund the purchase price of the items only. It is accepted that packaging may have been opened, but the items must not have been used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are packaged appropriately to protect them on the return journey. Any damage caused due to a failure to do this will be deducted from any refund due. Used items will not be refunded.
